How To Grill Like a Boss!

Hello and welcome back to DAMGoodCooking.com

I have a different segment here, everyone loves my BBQ and they always ask “Whats the secret?”

Today I show you my secret!  And it comes with a lot of haters, who say “you should not grill that way, you don’t know what your doing”, and blah blah blah.  That’s why my ribs taste so much better then yours. Here I reveal the secret to BBQ!  The secret most don’t want you to know!

Here we are going to cook up some tasty BEEF Ribs (my new favorite!), hot dogs, wings, potatoes and asparagus!

Chop your asparagus as shown above.  I don’t eat it, my wife does, but she let me have a few bites after I made it, and I must say, it was so delicious!

You need to base the asparagus with olive oil (so it doesn’t stick to the grill and its part of the recipe, Salt (to make it that much tastier), and garlic.  The photo above looks like Butter, but that’s Garlic.  (Warning, if you are a vampire, do not try this at home)!

We decided to try something a tad bit different. Instead of wrapping a whole potato in foil and tossing it on the grill, lets try some potato chunks!

Now that everything is prepped, and the ribs are on (since they take the longest), its time for some shots!

OK, I’m not going to give you the whole ka-bang here.  Ex (Leave the ribs on for ex amount of time, flip every few mins etc…. that crap really does not matter.  Everyone’s taste buds are different).  My goal is to show you different foods to prepare and how to prepare them the right way on the grill.  The secret is the non-stick foils!  Yeah most Quote on quote “Real Griller’s” toss it on the naked Grill!  And they will argue with anyone that does it different.  Next argument will be charcoal over propane and blah blah blah.  It does not matter!

USE FOIL!  Why?  It will keep the juices in tack and not dry your meats out!   It also keeps the fire under control, weather propane or charcoal.  You will have the juiciest ribs, burgers, steak or whatever!,  simply by using the foil.

Give it a shot the next time you grill and be sure to let us know how it turned out!
