Green Pepper and Tomato eggs for Breakfast today!

 

Hello DAMGoodCooking.com Team!  I tried this recipe in the past and it just never turn out great for a photo.  It taste great, but looked like it was made by a 3rd grader!  I like my eggs over-hard, I hate it when the yolk is still wet.  It leaves a bad taste in my mouth like I hadn’t brushed for a week after drinking vinegar.  I just never like sunny-side up or even over medium eggs.  I need the yolk to be solid or I just can’t eat it.  My wife loves them either way but prefers the yolk to be more on the wet side.

So basically, what I am trying to say is; the eggs look this way because I constantly flip them while cooking so I can enjoy them the way I like.  If I left them in sunny-side up, might make a great photo.  But screw the photo, I am here for the taste, If I was here for the photo I would just eat a cookbook. =)
